By purchasing and using Sproutype themes and templates, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Products and Services

Themes and Templates: Pre-made website themes and templates delivered digitally upon purchase
Support: 6 months of support and maintenance included with each theme and template purchase
Extended Support: Optional 12-month support package available for purchase

3. License and Usage Rights

Single Site License: Each theme and template purchase allows installation on one (1) website only
Multiple Sites: Upgrade your package to use themes and templates on additional websites
Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, or share our themes and templates

4. Support Services

Coverage: Bug fixes and theme/template updates during support period
Contact: Send support requests to sproutype@dwiash.com
Response Time: We guarantee replies within 24 hours
Resolution Time: Technical support duration varies by issue complexity
Exclusions: Customization services not included (available as separate paid service)

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment processing.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe and subject to their terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sproutype provides templates "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from theme or template use.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
